End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Kaizen Software Development ("Licensor"), governing your use of the Kaizen Zone mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the App.

1. License

Kaizen Software Development grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on any devices that you own or control, in accordance with the terms of this EULA. The App is licensed, not sold, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Kaizen Software Development.

2. Usage Restrictions

You may not:

Distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously.
Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, unless permitted by applicable law.
Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the App.

3. Data Collection and Use

Kaizen Zone collects and processes user data to improve the app experience and provide personalized workout recommendations. For more details on how your data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. External Services

The App may enable access to third-party services or websites (“External Services”). Kaizen Software Development is not responsible for these External Services and is not liable for their content or accuracy. You use these External Services at your own risk and are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party providers.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Kaizen Software Development. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kaizen Software Development will not be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

7. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Country/State].
